Fees

The registration fee includes accommodation in single rooms (3 nights - from September 9th to 12th 2025), meals, welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, gala dinner, and social activities. Feel free to contact the organising committee if you wish to attend the conference but do not plan to stay at the Village Club Igesa.

Accommodation in double or triple rooms can also be arranged. Interested participants can contact the organising committee for tailored solutions.

The registration procedure, as well as the payment of the registration fees, can be completed once a SciencesConf account has been created. The registration form is available in the "My registration" section, which appears when users are logged in to the website.

N.B. Early Bird registrations will close on June 15th, 2025. Registration fees will not be refunded for cancellation notifications received after July 20th, 2025.
