Abstract submission

The abstract submission for oral presentations is now closed. However, it is still possible to submit an abstract for a poster presentation. The submission form can be found in the "My submissions" section, which appears when users are logged in to the website.

The abstract template can be downloaded here. Participants are urged to strictly follow the formatting guidelines provided in this template and to submit their abstracts in English.

N.B. Abstract acceptance will be notified by May 30th, 2025.
