All the scientific activities will be held at the Village Club Igesa, situated at walking distance from the pier of Porquerolles. This facility offers direct access to the beach and disposes of i) 117 rooms which can accommodate a maximum number of 3 people each, ii) a diving club, iii) a water sports centre and iv) a 8-hectare wooded area. Notice that the registration fee includes all conference-related costs (i.e., food, drinks, gala dinner, social events) as well as accommodation in single rooms*.

The town of Hyères is directly connected by shuttle to the airport of Toulon-Hyères (TLN – see www.reseaumistral.com) and by train to the stations of Toulon (approximately 18 minutes), Marseille (approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes) and Paris (approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes) – see www.sncf-connect.fr. Buses run regularly everyday from the train station of Hyères to Port de la Tour Fondue – see also in this case www.reseaumistral.com.
